Hoping to provide some feedback for the latest TestFlight beta release, specifically regarding Live TV / DVR fixes that are shown in the release notes.

  • Airing cells could end up blank or in the wrong position when scrolling through the Live TV guide.
    :red_circle: For me on three different iOS devices missing guide data from anything longer than a few hours, is sadly still not resolved. Guide data shows on macOS and iOS clients, just not mobile client. This bug is also impacting my users (not many) and I believe is impacting all users. Screen shot showing issue for anything in future, in this case tomorrow:

  • Can’t load details screen from DVR What’s On screen.
    :orange_circle: This now works however takes about 10 seconds to load the details, at first I thought it was still broken. Screen shot showing load time, this can be repeated 100% of the time.

  • [iOS][tvOS] Player: Live TV audio would transcode to unsupported audio codec.

I would try Reset Cache for your Plex app .

Settings / Advanced / Reset Cache

iPad Pro M4 is not exhibiting your issue, so this maybe A series chip issue.

It is great the Audio issue with some 1080i channels would produce no sound, incompatible transcode with mp2 is now resolved. ABC and SBS in Australia is fixed for Live TV

Sadly that makes no difference, I’ve also tried to totally uninstall the app, guide data has never worked since the first release of 2025.

So just confirming @SE56, when in the Plex app, when you choose “Live TV” then change the EPG to any day in the future, you can see TV guide data for Live TV?

No, I was referring to slow load

Was hoping at least someone had Live TV working, oh well, guess it is a bug for all users.

PS - Slow load isn’t fixed also by refresh cache, and prevalent for me on the three different devices.

Slow loading confirmed for me as well from the What’s On screen. Also have found out that occasionally the entire app locks up if I switch I another app (like I just did to type this), then go back to Plex. Specifically if I had to What’s On screen up.
