Installed Plex on my Xbox One today and finally got it all setup.
Went to watch a file everything was going fine until about 5 minutes in the to went black but audio was still playing.
I can pause the file and the audio pauses but the video doesn’t return.
If I press B the file goes back to the menu and the Plex dashboard / menu are visible again.
Anyone have any ideas?
Plex added a screen saver for plasma users in the Xbox app update. This seems to dim after 2 minutes and black screen after 5 with no way to disable it for those that don't want it.

I’m getting this. Watched a film earlier,xbox connected to projector. Every couple of minutes I’m having to press a button on the xbox controller ,to wake it from dimming. So annoying.
do an XBOX one hard reset, that should fix the issue.

Tried the hard reset which I believe is hold power the power button on the console for 10 seconds and that didn’t fix the issue.
Screen still dims after a few minutes then a few minutes later screen goes black.
Any other thoughts?
I mentioned this in the other thread - but if you could post the exact steps on how you launch Plex and the video, we can try and reproduce it here and get it fixed. Thanks!
