Hi. Guys. I having some issues with video player runing Windows HTPC app. When you first start a computer and open Plex HTPC with enabled the HDR to SDR function for some reason the image does not load and a black screen is displayed. To fix this need to change buffering or restart the movie, has anyone ever encountered with it ?
What do you mean by that? Plex HTPC should automatically tone map HDR to SDR without any settings changed. Can you please share your Plex HTPC logs?
