Black Screen on 4 x LG TVs WebOS

Try force-terminating the app .

My TV is has “warm start” disabled. Every power-off is a full power-off action

I will say when it was “broken” I’d only see my tv reach out to plex.tv and then app.plex.tv once and then full stop. Wouldn’t try anything past that.

I tried a power off earlier and left off for a few minutes before trying it again.

That didn’t help.

Just started working again for me.

Same. Maybe a janitor unplugged something important to vacuum the floor and realized, “OH SHOOT!” :slight_smile:

I raised a flag in the web-tv group and asked if there was a release today.

here it works again as well now im hoping the update with the fix for the transcoder failed message will be done soon .

Magically started working again here as well. :upside_down_face:

Confirmed all 4 TVs load Plex again.

The engineer jumped in and cleared the upstream cache.

Everyone please restart/reload please
