Plex won't load on LG tv Webos 3

Player Version#: can’t see

My plex has always worked fine on my LG tv but today I turned it on and after the plex logo I just get a black screen nothing loads. Tried reinstalling app on TV, power off on via cable and updating media server on pc but nothing helps.

Has anyone had this issue and knows a fix?

I’m having the same problem. I did the same steps as you and it black screens after the splash screen. I started up my Vava projector and it works there, but not my LG Projector. You’re not alone today

I’m still trying to find a solution and even sent a message to the person that releases annoucements (Which it looked like they did something four hours ago) Keep me updated if it works for you.

Thanks for the ping. It looks like this deploy partially failed for webOS and as a result it was working for some and not for others, we’ve addressed the issue and cleared the cache so after a restart of the app it should be working correctly for all.
