Has someone already tried to replace the shipped mpv-1.dll with a third-party one? (sorry if this was already discussed here)
If not maybe try that => Here is an explanation of how you can achieve this. (works also for Plex Desktop)

Just make sure you are using the correct path to the cacert.pem file. (it is under the same resources folder inside the Plex Desktop install directory.)
If it’s not working with the different mpv-1.dll and Plex Desktops default values, try to add this
vo=gpu-next
first and if it is still not working try to add this
gpu-context=winvk
to the mpv.conf and try again. Maybe this helps
