After updating to the latest Plexamp (4.5.0) I get a blank screen when loading Carplay. No icons or text is displayed, just a black screen - image attached. If I use Siri to start a playlist then playback works fine and the Now Playing screen appears.
This has only started happening since updating, is it possibly a bug somewhere?

I am seeing the exact problem too. Running latest version of Plexamp and iOS 16.1 on iPhone 14 Pro
I’m also on 16.1 (iPhone X), still not been able to figure out what’s going on.
I did notice this morning that if I open Plexamp on my phone, quit it then reopen, the app opens fine in CarPlay.
Never had to do that prior to 4.5.0.
It just started with Plexamp for me after the recent update but it has been happening with Google Maps for a few weeks now (basically since iOS 16 I would say).
Can’t say I’ve noticed it on any other apps other than Plexamp but then again I don’t think I’ve used many others in CarPlay since iOS16.
A bit of a nuisance to say the least, hopefully there’s some kind of fix on the way……
Does anybody know if this is a bug or setting somewhere? Happens everytime I start Plexamp on CarPlay.

Can confirm this now seems to be fixed after updating to 4.5.1
