Latest IOS 26.4.1 and Plexamp has broken CarPlay from even showing the app in the CarPlay menus.
Is this a known issue with development?
P.s. as an added feature request? It also would be nice if when offline from main home server that I do not expose to internet, to allow some level of data moved to Plexamps main screen to use some of the Plexamp features instead of only having downloads part and limited intelligence around the files local to device?
for now though if you could fix CarPlay visibility and controls for Plexamp under iOS 26.4 this would be great…it was working ok under 26.3.1 before this.
p.s. also can’t remember when maybe moving from iOS 18 to 26 the downloads will not show each individual song in an album folder? It only shows shuffle button…it used to list each song in a folder..

It seems to not work despite two cars with CarPla being tested and also using usb vs wifi.
Last version working was 26.3.1 now on 26.4.1 which added some CarPlay features….i note.
If I start a song on phone it will show track playing in the show map and playing song view. I cannot click on playing now option or find the app showing in car play window. It also does not show as a CarPlay app on the phone itself anyway.
I can’t change track using car play next buttons on screen but it will change from steering wheel next track control….but only as stated if I started playing from Plexamp on the phone…
Also long standing issue with downloaded albums not showing the tracks in an album on the r shuffle control. This happened moving from iOS 18 to 26…with loss of this functionality.
