Dear Plex,
please, I have a problem with Plex Server after updated to version 1.23.1.4602. Now I cannot find plex server on my previous address “http://192.168.1.200:32400/”.
When I clicked to “Configure” button in NAS, I get new address “http://192.168.1.200/plexmediaserver/index.php”, but it is not working too.
I am getting error “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED” in browser.
Please help.

I tried upload older version too. I see only one file in ssh /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/plexmediaserver/: apkg.xml
More files is in /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/plex_conf/ but I don’t know, if anything missing. It seems, that access rights are ok too.

I also tried to restore te settings of my NAS. But it didn’t work too, even if I tried to restore an old version of PMS.
I should restore and erase all the data of my NAS (so settings and data) to make PMS works again with an old version, but I cannot delete 20TB of data…
I believe you forgot the port number there. You’re getting connection because Plex isn’t running.
Click on the toggle switch to off, wait a full minute and turn it back on. Does it work?
Side note: My ex2ultra is up and running
I tried both address with or without port :32400. Not working and still returning “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”.
After switch off, wait more than minute, and turn on - no change. I tried restart whole NAS too - no change.
It seems, that something crashing when updating and now it cannot be fixed easily. But I don’t want lose my settings of the plex and data on the HDD.
I have the same problem. I tried almost everything. The problem is that is impossible to acces also by the settings button, it send me to this URL
http://192.168.1.7/plexmediaserver/index.php
but it doesn’t open PMS at all.
If you guys have SSH access to your NAS can you post the file /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/plex_conf/Plex Media Server/Logs/Plex Media Server.log ?

It seems, that everything is before update or when updating (this is the time, when I did update).
Ok, then stop Plex service on the Dashboad, delete everything inside Logs, than start Plex again.
FYI… I had the same problem with Plex update 1.23.1.4602 for my WD My Cloud PR4100. However, I was able to reload the prior Plex update 1.23.1.4571 and was able to get Plex back up & running normally.
