[BUG] Android Plexamp crashing Plex on Roku when trying to fling content to it

I posted this over on the streaming devices forum

but had no one comment up to now. Thought I may have better luck here as this seems to be where the Plexamp users hang out.

Basically if I try and fling content from Plexamp on Android to my Roku streaming stick+ the Plex app on it immediately crashes and returns to the Roku home screen.
Flinging to my media PC works fine and if I fling from Plexamp running on Window to the Roku that works fine as well.

Plexamp version on Android is 3.8.0 and Roku app version is 6.9.12 preview but also tested on the release version 6.9.10.

Can anyone else confirm that this is a general bug with Android or a local issue with my phone?
