[Bug] Android TV and Mobile - TV extras appearing multiple times

Description:

Add a new show with TV extras using the new TV agent naming and the item appears multiple times.

So for example I got the new Parks and Recreation Blu-ray set last week and been adding this along with extras like deleted scenes. I noticed last night that deleted scenes at an episode level were being duplicated, so instead of appearing once they appear twice. What is really strange is for season 1 they appear twice but if I go to Season 2 they appear 4 times and for Season 3 they appear 3 times.

You can see in this screenshot the same item is appearing 3 times and it is the same scene over and over again, this only seems to be affecting new stuff, I did the Office last week and seem fine.

This happening on both mobile and TV.

Looks like doing the Plex dance with the Extras may fix this issue just did it with S1 and it has worked. Will have to do the others later on.
