Hello team, had an odd one this morning. With the last versions of the Android Beta the pause/auto-restart function when receiving calls or alarms has been working beautifully.
But today I got an Amber Alert while listening to a podcast and (unlike when Waze has a voice over alert where the player just gets lower in volume but keeps playing) I thought the player paused (didn’t hear anything playing) but when the alert was over, turns out the podcast had been playing all along and I was about minute further in the podcast.
Will the logs even show this? Would you like them? Let me know.

Thanks @Forkboy. This seems to be a regression introduced in version 7.21 of the app, we’ll investigate.

Sorry but how did you download the latest beta that there are no links?

@ussalin I’m part of the Beta testing program, it downloads automatically when available from the Beta Program on Google Play.

@ussalin I understand the “beta release notes” are posted in the forums, but you still need to be on the Android Mobile Beta Tester track with Plex. Are you? If you are it would download from the Play Store automatically when the post the “Release Notes” in the forum.

Good question, not sure why they weren’t posted. Thankfully we’ve since released a new beta and that announcement does contain download links. Sorry for the trouble!
