When setting the quality of music playback to 96kbps (Remote Streaming) it fails to play back at all. The error in the logs is pretty straightforward “not enough bandwidth” (last line down below). Looks like it’s trying to transcode to 101kbps instead of 96kbps.
This seems to be a bug in recent versions of the iOS app OR maybe is has something to do with the new iPhone SE (2020) since I only discovered this behavior after switching from my 5s.

If I set Remote Streaming to 128kbps everything works as expected.
