I get the same problem with my new QE55Q9FN.
However I don’t get the problem with my Samsung mu6400.
Looking at the version of Tizen they are different and wonder if that might be part of the reason.

@Bob24601 Correct the issue is currently on 2018+ TV’s with the newer Tizien. our 6 year old 8 Series TV’s Plex is fine.
@sLumpy Looks like 3.93.2 has made it out to the wild. Last night, on first launch I did see the black box briefly but then was fine and functioning ok. I’ll keep an eye on it but perhaps its ok now.
Yes, it will be unavoidable to show the dialog still, it’s an issue on the Samsung side. We just close it now when we detect it’s still open but you have network connection again.
@sLumpy decent Work around
Hopefully Samsung fixes their issue to make it easier for you to program.
@sLumpy The workaround is holding! sure, its a tiny bit annoying seeing that pop up, but it is disappearing and everything is working just fine
Yep, finally the black box on top of the Plex app doesn’t mean we have to shut down the app. BUT, there is still one bug left - sometimes when I turn on the TV, and Plex app was the last app used, the TV will bring it up with the black box in the middle of the screen, saying that the network connection is lost. After a few seconds, it will detect network, and start looking for Plex server, but at the moment when it needs to refresh the app, it will show only background image - everything else is gone. Again, the only solution is to shut down the app. Anyone else experiencing this with Q7FN?
