The first letter is sometimes trimmed off the show title in the folder name. This seems to happen anytime I start recording a series which runs two consecutive episodes but I’m not sure if that’s always the cause.

I even got 3 folders for Night Court.

Can you provide screenshots of folder structure on your computer with the folder names as shown above.
The logs just show one example of wrong path being used

Could you get more logs perhaps one with back to back recording and one without
Your library folder path is not as per the recommendations - i wonder if having the root of a drive as the folder path has something to do with the problem
Library should be at folder level
eg
V:\Recordings or V:\Recorded Shows rather than V:\
could you also get a screenshot of the Edit Library / Add Folders screen for this library - just to see the paths specified
