The fix for handling lineups with multiple entries for the same channel EPG source data has already been released in Plex Media Server beta 1.25.5

One big part of the problem is the way the dropdown for EPG channel selection is structured. This does not only affect one EPG with multiple entries with the same channel number but also multiple EPG using the same channel numbers. Here is the first EPG

In this case, the tag option value is not unique. After selecting ZDF HD, the menu defaults to ShopHQ and there is no way in changing this to ZDF.

The same would apply with identical channel numbers in the same EPG.

I hope the next version will fix this.

I switched to the Beta channel and installed Plex 1.25.5.5492 with Web 4.69.1. as well as 4.74.1 via plex.tv/desktop.

Unfortunately not fixed for multiple EPG with the same channel number:

The html code is still showing the same behavior then shown in my post a few minutes ago.

Lets wait for the Plex Web to come out and then see if there remains an issue with multiple lineups
