There is a bug when attempting to shuffle a playlist on the Amazon Fire Stick. When selecting a playlist, you are automatically put on the first item in the playlist. That item is selected. If you press the up button on the remote control to go to either play or shuffle the list, you aren’t able to get up there. So every time I want to shuffle a playlist, I have to click back to the left to get to the Plex menu, and then click back to the right to the playlist, and then it will select the upper menu with play and shuffle at the top.
I’ve been trying to figure out where the heck to share this bug, but obviously Plex is not interested in getting support emails. So if anyone has any recommendations for how I can share this with the engineers so it can be fixed, that would be great.
