I am not sure exactly when this issue started but when I go to Movies > Library it will usually show a full list of a mix of all individual movies as well as collections but now the view only shows movies in collections and all individual movies that are not part of a collection are not showing up. I have it sorted as All > Movies > By Title. The issue is not just plex web but also all of my clients have the same behavior. Server and clients are up to date. Resetting customization settings does not work.
Essentially my Library tab and Collections tab look identical and I have no way to view all of my movies at once. The closest I can get this now is by sorting by Unwatched > Movies > By Title
It works fine for TV Shows showing both TV shows are collections. I am wondering if anyone else is having this issue or is this specific to my server?
After some testing it seems this bug exists when the setting “Hide items which are in collections” is enabled.
Expected behavior: All items are to show up except for those that are in a collections and the collections still show up.
Actual Behavior: Only collections show up.
Instead of hiding the items that are just in collections it hides ALL items that are not in a collection, leaving no individual movies showing up at all.
