The logs shows tv.plex.xmltv://episode/Spis%20med%20Nigella/2023-08-06%2019%3■■■%3A00 which is tv.plex.xmltv://episode/Spis med Nigella/2023-08-06 19:55:00 decoded. The timestamp 19:55:00 is the wrong time (should be 17:55:00) ?
I did just notice that I have something stuck in the “Agenda View” that does also show up in calendar view if I go back. This is from August 2nd so I’m assuming it has been broken since then.
I do not know how to manually clean that up or if it is even the issue.
So are Plex just gonna ignore this bug and keep silent. At least acknowledge, that someone at Plex has seen or noted this? DVR recording / schedules (with xmltv) has been completely broken for more than 2 weeks.
Why would anybody pay for a Premium feature when it isn’t even working as adverticed?
The ability to record broadcasts (e.g. DVR) is a premium feature and
requires an active Plex Pass subscription.
I honestly don’t care how long it takes to fix, but the complete silence is … speechless
To be fair to Plex it is a beta product as the current public version works fine. I would think that someone should have responded to what is a major bug in the latest beta at least to say it will be fixed in the next beta release or something along those lines.
I do know it is a beta version (been using plex for ages), but that doesn’t mean (in my opinion) that you can simply “ignore” the people doing some of the testing. I’m a dev myself (+25 years), so I know there can be busy periods … but still, it is a 5 sec task to write is noted (or just any response).
yep i agree with you. We expect issues but equally there should be a proper bug fix list where beta testers can register bugs and track them with Dev updates on what is happening
I don’t think this will ever happen. There has been lots of discussions about this. Buglist isn’t public and I don’t think it ever will be. So this is the only option (to shout a little louder). Since reporting or general support is only trough this forum. Which I’m fine with, if there is a reponse also - in a fair timeframe (for both sides).
