This is a funny one. If you happened to add a season with episodes of 10-99 (without 1-9) and then add the 100th episode, the scanning method is going to tag it as the episode 0 and not 100. Suppose this is a bug.
How exactly are your files named?

The episode’s numbers are correct until 100th when I miss 1-9.
I suggest you review your naming schema…
Plex not guessing your weird set of numbers right isn’t primarily a bug.
Have you even tested it to see it yourself?
I didn’t and I won’t – sorry.
Naming conventions have a purpose… you might have had a lucky run but you shouldn’t expect Plex to digest just anything.
At least go with sXXeYY (e.g. S01E011) to give Plex a minimum chance to get things right.
