Rotten tomatoes icons in the movie descriptions all show a “splattered” tomato, even when the review was actually a “normal” tomato. Confirmed the bug across multiple clients on different platforms, such as Roku, Android, and Web.

Plex on Linux, all clients have this bug.
I see the same issue.
Seems it may only affect libraries using the “old” movie scanner.
I came to report this issue but will follow along here instead. I can add some detail in that the regression appears to only apply to movies added in the past month and a half. The first instance I see is for a movie with a “created_at” date of 2020-09-22 according to the media_items table. At that time I was running PMS v1.20.1.3252. The problem persists through v1.21.0.3608.
The movie library in question has “The Movie Database” set as its agent. Plex Movie (Legacy) is enabled under “Agents” but currently has no consumers I am aware of.
The type of client does not seem to matter., at least for Roku 3, Apple TV 4k, iPad, iPhone, or Web. All have the same issue.
Same issue. Have tried changing the review engine (IMDB, Rotten Tomatoes etc), scanner and so forth - unable to resolve this issue
Tried refreshing all metadata. No luck there either.
Anyone know of a way to bring this to the attention of the dev’s, or do we just hope and pray that they see this thread?
Are you avoiding the new Plex Movie scanner/agent?
I’m significantly happier with it overall, and not experiencing this issue.
I am-- the Subzero plugin doesn’t seem to play nicely with it, unfortunately, and I love my subtitles. 
If that’s a primary reason, you might consider Bazarr as an alternative subtitle sourcing tool.
