Can Anyone help my Remote Access Problem??(Public IP user)

Plex Media Server NAS & Devices

Synology 6.1.4 OS
NAS server have Public IP address with dhcp, DDNS setting OK
Default Firewall Policy is Deny
and I Allow 32400/TCP from ALL IP
Default MTU size
PLEX version is Lastest Version

but i can’t Access my Plex server remotely

anyone knows about this problem??

I can access ddns.mynas.com:32400
but can’t find plex server
and I can access Perfectly well in local ( if ip address is same subnet with NAS )
