Everytime I login to plex on my server I always have to decline the Tidal trial offer. I have already removed Tidal from my content, Is there a way to remove the ad?

I did that already, I’m talking about the Tidal screen offering a
free trial that appears during sig nin to server
I sign in my server multiple times a day to test things and never see it. Those are account level settings.
Can you take a screenshot of what ad you are seeing after signing in.
(also if you are responding via email you might want to remove you signature image as it will show up with your phone number and such)

I suppose the question is… how do you access your server 
Can it be you’re simply opening https://plex.tv from your browser and click “launch” instead of e.g. https://app.plex.tv/desktop or https://[your local PMS IP address]:32400/web?
what browser are you using? honestly i thought that ad was removed. I’ll let our website team know
and yeah you can go directly to https://app.plex.tv to sign into your server and skip the main website.
It seems to be saved in a browser cookie on whether it shows again. do you have your browser set to clear cookies on quit?
