On Android in app Tidal keep in trial mode with Tidal subscription. Music plays only 30 seconds.

i had the same problem before but only in the page of a movie where it shows the soundtrack. i now have it again…

I have the same problem with android and windows. I have a Tidal subscription linked to my Plex account, but Tidal in Plex still only runs in trial mode I have the latest version of the Plex Server installed and my account shows that Tidal is linked but the Plex app continues to operate in Tidal trial mode

Same problem here. Ordered Plex pass+Tidal and Tidal is only in preview mode in Plex App for Win 10. If this is not resolved soon I will cancel both. Plex pass and Tidal.

same issue on win10 media server and FreeNAS media server, my account shows TIDAL active. I have emailed Plex Support and walked me through the basic steps like linking and unlink the TIDAL account and enabling/disabling the music section in the app. They just tell me to post on the forum where no one from plex responds it appears.

3 hours lost and always no success !!
Plex refuses to provide any (illegal) support even though we have all paid for a professional service! What do you think if we all got together to sue Plex for these problems and especially for the lack of help and the lack of support? when we buy a product, we must have quality support
