Can I show Full Library first instead of Recommended first

Hello. Got a question on the way the contents display when you click on a Library.

Right now, when you click on any given library, say movies, or shows or whatever, it shows the “recommended” section of that library first. The recommended only has a small subset of the full library content.

To be able to see that particular library in full, you need to go up, and switch the tab to “library”.

For me this is fine, but my parents, which speak very limited english, find this concept difficult to follow.

I have plex installed on a ubuntu server, and they watch plex in their TVs via Roku.

Since I have named the libraries appropriately, they can switch between the libraries easily. But they see only the recommended section, and say to me, I thought you put movie such and such already, I can’t see it.

Is there a way to make Plex show the full contents of any given library first, instead of recommended?

Thanks for your help.

No, but if Settings>Experience>Remember Selected Tab is not checked, the cursor control behavior while scrolling the Sidebar menu changes. If you click the right arrow you will be taken to the Recommended items. If you instead click on OK while in the Sidebar, you will be taken to the Library or Guide.
