Can login to the Plex Media Server on my Synology DS920+

I have installed the Plex Media Server on my Synology DS920+, and when I click on the icon to start it, I get forwarded to the browser to login to it, when I try to login I get the message that there was an error logging in, I can see it logging in and then just comes out with that information.
Any idea why this is happening?

Thank you for your reply, still doesn’t work, continues to say that there was an error while doing the login. I’m local to the NAS and I’m opening the NAS as you say: http://YOUR_NAS_IP_ADDRESS:32400/web
Any other ideas?

Please open File Station
Navigate into the Plex share and further down until you see Logs
Right-click Logs and Compress to Logs.zip

Download and attach that file here please.
