Can not access my Sync from phone

I believe the issue happened over the summer, I can not access my Sync anymore. There used to be a drop tab where my server name appears and I would be able to select my iPhone and see all my synced music and movies. Now that pull down is gone. I go into the computer and sign in and I see my sync all still there, but on my phone I can not access it. What happened to the drop tab. I am a lifetime member and would like to get that fixed if possible!

Content you had already synced should now show right inline with your other media. The synced videos will show an icon on the poster, indicating that it’s a downloaded version.

Tip: If you switch the Plex app on your phone into the Offline mode, it will only show you synced items.
