Since the last data breach, i had to reset my password and now I can’t claim anymore my NAS plex server (synology).
I tried to deconnect my account, to ask news certificates, et reboot my NAS with PMS, etc. : no success !
Could u help me please ?
My router and firewall setup are the same before and after the last plex corporate data breach.
Currently, I can access to my Plex Server in my local network with all my devices (TV, PC, Smartphone, etc.) and i can access outside my home network, everywhere outside, with my VPN setup.
So, there is a just a problem with the Plex Relay and the Claim Service since the last data breach…
I had the same issue last night after I changed my password. I could log into my NAS plex server but all I got was a window telling me my " SERVER IS UNREACHABLE " and I couldn’t get into the my server-remote access page. I hunted around for the answer and was able to find this. Log into your web server using http://192.168.1.100:32400/web where 100 is the last three digits which you use to log in and it will get you into your web server then change the appropriate setting and Voila it worked.
