Can Not Connect to Raspberry Pi 4 Server Locally

Server Version#: 1.32.7.7621
Player Version#: 4.119.2

My Plex Server running on Raspberry Pi 4 is totally inaccessible to all other devices on LAN. The message that shows is that it is “Unable to connect to “raspberry pi” securely.” Secure connections are set to “Preferred”, and I have tried a common fix I found on Reddit to set it to “Required” then back to “Preferred”, but this has not worked for me after several attempts. I have tried restarting the PMS service, restarting the system, and re-installing PMS, with no luck.

My router is provided by Spectrum, it is set to default Spectrum DNS, UPnP is enabled (and I have multiple smart devices on the network so I would ideally like to leave it enabled). The “Security Shield” setting is also enabled. I disabled Security Shield temporarily to see if it would resolve the issue and it did not. I also tried temp disabling UPnP with no effect. Also, I tried rebooting router & modem.

I would appreciate any help or further ideas for fixes as I have been attempting to fix this for hours and I’m at a total loss as far as where to go now. I can ping all local devices from the RaspPi terminal with no issue.

EDIT: I also have all devices set to allow insecure connections
EDIT 2: I might need guidance on which log file to attach so I don’t inadvertently expose account info
