Server Version#: I cannot access the media server to get a version number

I have been using Plex for 2 years with no major issues, but about a week ago it stopped showing all of my local media, and I can no longer access the Media Server. It returns a “Localhost refused to connect” message. I tried to uninstall and reinstall PMS, but it returns errors. Nothing has changed on my Pi, and everything else seems to work.
My next step is to just wipe the drive and start from scratch, but I’d rather not do that
