Remote Access TV-Shows - iMac is Unavailable

Server Version#: 1.13.9.5439
Player Version#: iPhone IOS 12.0.1
Access to Shows from iPhone app error: iMac is unavailable. Houston, we have a problem. Check your connection, make sure …
I’ve reboot iMAC and restarted Plex. Movies show up fine, however, tv shows do not.

This all worked fine before the latest update to 1.13.9.5439.
I tried to downgrade to previous version using instructions on web to unzip version and copy the “content” folder to the application package. This did not work. I could not start the server up so I deleted and installed the latest version again. I’ll attach the logs.

Yes, if you search/view the iOS posts, it’s clearly an issue with the latest server (which is a beta release, btw) and some clients. Developers are aware.

How can I restore/fallback to previous version?

I’m on iMAC. I set the beta to public.
I deleted the app from the application folder.
Tried the download again and continue to get the beta release.
I’ll try the delete app and reboot to see if that helps.

After I deleted the app and rebooted I was then given the option to install 1.13.8.5395
The bad news is the TV Show connect still does not work from my iphone.

You may have to remove and then re-add your TV show libraries, especially if you have a DVR recording into them.
