Using Synology DS1621+ w/ DSM 7
Server has run excellent for 1 year and I can use plex every day until today gets trouble.
Once I login to plex today, My account has no Library. I can still access to other people’s library, but I cannot see my library and my server (KUAN_NAS).
And other people which already can access my library still can access, which means I am the only one cannot access to my Library.
After that, I check the log. The Primary server of my log is not my IP. How can I change it to the right IP?
I found that I cannot even login plex in incognito browser in the same internet environment, but the other website can access.
I think this might be the main problem why my server is down. And because of that, I still cannot reinstall although I get claim code from other internet environment devices.
However, I am still confused why I didn’t change any internet settings and it cannot access to any plex service right now.
