Can not get to "Choose User" screen on Desktop Server / Player from Chrome

When choosing Plex app, I am taken to this screen:http://app.plex.tv/desktop?secure=0

When I choose Sign In, I am taken to a screen that only displays the Plex logo and no choice to choose a User. I have Automatically Sign In turned off so a PIN is required.
The sign in process works fine from MS Edge browser

Edit the address line and replace the 0 with a 1.
