Since the last update I can not record any tv using the dvr and my hdhomerun! Wtf! Not cool. It my wife’s favorite shows season finally last night and tonight and plex just ■■■■ the bed, and now I have to sleep in it. It currently shows its recording, same as last night but there is absolutely no data being saved. Stop fu#&ING ■■■■ up with your updates. Leave it the F alone (after fixing it).

First request: Turn VERBOSE logging OFF again. It makes debugging 25x harder because it only retains 2 minutes of elapsed time when on. The default is with it OFF.
Next,
Please restart PMS
Now attempt to record something to recreate the error you see.
When it fails, wait 30 seconds,
Stop it.
Download the logs.
The reason I ask this is because VERBOSE logging has flushed everything I need to look for out of the buffer (50 MB).
How do I turn verbose logging off? I have never seen a setting for that let alone enabled it.

So after doing some testing, I can record every other channel but ABC (channel 2.1 for me). It doesn’t matter if I set it to record just this episode of ever episode, I will not start recording. Seen in the activity.
VERBOSE logging is under - Settings - Server - General - Show Advanced
(and it’s still on).

I don’t use DVR anymore (I don’t have cable and can’t get OTA where I live – Satellite only) so I will be limited in what I can help with.
I am hoping to spot what’s going on with the tuner ( the usual problem )

Ok I found the verbose and turned it off. And now the show that I was trying to record is over. It ended 5 minutes ago, and now I am able to record ABC again. So is there a reason we wouldn’t be able to record a specific program? I deleted the scheduled recording and tried multiple times and it would never work. Now that the show it over I can easily record that Chanel. But of course I found the verbose immediately after the show ended.
How many tuners are in the box you’re using or do you have multiple tuners?
You did show 3 active recordings.
There are 4 tuners in it. And I wasn’t trying to record all that other than for testing purposes. I was able to record pretty much everything other than what I wanted to record…
I can’t help with that because I am not equipped to do so.
Was the channel marked as a DRM program (restricted)?

I am having the same issue!! All recordings say “Recording—100% complete” after they air but nothing is recording. I ahve restarted my server, uninstalled HD homerun software, updated everything, removed and re-added the DVR several times and still can’t record anything. I just updated Plex to 1.18.8.2527 and will see if this fixes anything.
