Can Plex make an official thread on problems with Amazon Cloud Drive and what is being done to solve them. Me and lots of other plex pass users have invested money and lots of upload time in ACD just for Plex Cloud. I’m not saying that I want the cloud invite right now immediately but I don’t wan’t to be kept in the dark. A lot of people have asked questions about this and the only thing Plex employees say is that there are issues. A dedicated thread to give detailed updates on those issues would be greatly appreciated I guess. For the moment, a lot of people are nervous that they are going to see the time and money invested going down the drain and some more detail will have a calming effect. 8-} 8-} 8-}
Plex promised to make a statement soon, when asked for details, they clarified it as “pretty soon”. Until then, all we can do is wait and hope.
They just sent an email saying they are ending support for Amazon Drive.

Well that seriously sucks… $60 a year for unlimited storage was a great deal… now if you have a large amount of movies over 1TB you’ll have to pay $99.99 month and use Google Drive… I don’t mind GD but the price…???
Not a good deal at all when compared to Amazon. At $99.99 a month your better off investing in a dedicated media pc with Raid configurations and scale as you need it…
The other providers I didn’t even see an option for anything over 1TB? Any insights?
Thank you Plex for beïng honest. Of course it sucks but now we at least know where we stand.
