So, Recently the raspberry pi will crash and reboot the second you move the menu to a media folder.
(ive uploaded a video to youtube as my explaining skills are not great)
basically, when i try and select any menu (movies, tv and so on) it just crashes.
I cant figure out what may be causing it, i have reinstalled and even tried using it with the plex app on my phone to access the media that way but the second it loads a file it crashes.
I have no idea how to test if its the raspberry pi or the micro sd card.
Looks like network issue, cache, or SD card corruption. You could upload a log in debug mode of the issue. But I’d just reimage the SD card and start from scratch. Probably take care of your issue.

omg will you marry me?
I formatted the micro sd card and that fixed it…
I have been assuming all this time that the rasplex installer did that for you…

I don’t know. I’d have to ask the wife first.
The installer ‘sort of’ does that for you. It writes a copy of another SD card to your card instead of ‘building’ it up by formatting and copying files inside that files system. The format may have fixed some bad sector flags on the card. Be on the lookout for the symptoms returning. If they do, get yourself another $10 card and save yourself some trouble.
