Can’t access Librarys from unclaimed servers on iOS/iPads OS Plex clients

For about 6 weeks time a haven’t been able to access librarys from my unclaimed server via iOS/iPads OS Plex clients (Have not tried my AppleTV). A can add the server manualy in advanced settings just as i used to, and the server namn shows up, but do not list any of my librarys. The only thing that show up is Playlists, but it doesn’t even show me my playlists :frowning: I can however access my library web interface (local or via another Mac in my network) or via Plex Media Player (2.58.0.1076) on another Mac . And If I claim the server to my primary Plex account/server all is working great, but I just don’t won’t to claim this server so that’s not the solution I’m looking for.

I think this problem started with the release of 6.12.1 (I think it worked in 6.12 if I remember correctly).

Right now I’m running PMS version 1.19.4.2935 and I just tested the new 7.2 iOS version but there problem persists.

Sadly todays update of Plex for iOS (7.3) didn’t solve my problem. :frowning:
But it gave me some hope… As I always do, I deleted the Plex app an reinstalled it. The first launch didn’t run me through the “login to my Plex account procedure”. So I started my adding my plex server manually in advanced settings. And lo and behold, my librarys shows up! Great! Byt sadly joy doesn’t last that long. As soon as I log in to my Plex account my manually added servers libraries disappear.

Please! If anyone from plex sees this, please contact me and I will be happy to help with logs and troubleshooting …
