It says I’m able to access my media anywhere on any device, away from my home server. I’m trying to access it on my friend’s PlayStation, but it always says it can’t connect to my server. Why isn’t this working?

Have you followed this guide and enabled remote access? You probably still need to configure a static IP address and port forward Internal 32400 and External a port of your choice with the TCP protocol. After that make sure to enable “Manually specify public port” and put in the the external port you port forwarded.
You sure that the server is not behind a CGNAT ISP ?
