Can’t access Plex app on Synology but server is working!

Hi I’ve had this problem for a few days now where I click on the Plex app on the Synology desktop and a new page opens saying “safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost”
The server is still working though and can access my videos but just can’t access the server.

Any thoughts

Hi Trumpy just tried using fire fox and the path is correct but still the same result.

I can watch videos locally and remotely and I have also tried to reinstall the Plex server.

Yeah used the IP address and restarted all devices but still won’t work I don’t understand :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

I don’t have a computer all I use are iPhones and iPads. I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and still can access it.

Got it work this morning by deleting the preferences file for Plex then restarting Plex all seems fine now.
