No Soup for You! You do not have access to your server. Running Plex on Synology

So for a few weeks, my plex server wouldn’t work properly. I typically use my plex app on my iPhone and cast it to my Chromecast connected to my TV. Recently and frequently I would have to open up my Synology server and I would notice that my app icon would be missing. I would go to my package center and click on the app to see that it was “running”. I would have to stop the app and then re-run it. Once I did this the icon would appear on my synology desktop and I would be able to stream my content from my phone to my tv as usual. This happened often, several times a day. Now I can’t stream anything from my phone to the tv. The odd thing is I can play the content from my server on my phone while I am connected to wifi. But I cannot send it to chromecast and play it on my tv. When I attempt this, it brings the content up, on my tv, like it usually does and then it attempts to play it, and then says, can’t find the correct codec to play. Also when I attempt to play my content on my iphone app while away from my home, not connected to my home wifi, it does not work either. It won’t play. Also, when I try to open my server in a browser on my home computer or by clicking on the app in synology to open the plex server it loads the plex content but when I click on my server to see my content, it says No Soup for you! You do not have acces to this server.

Thanks for any help.
