I am unable to access my plex media server settings either in the web app or the iOS apps. The plexamp app will not find/connect to my server either. Also tried the Prism music app, since plexamp wouldn’t work, and it also won’t access my libraries. The plex apps on Apple TV and on NVIDIA shield pro both work fine and I can access my libraries for videos and music. My plex media server is located on the NVIDIA shield pro. All of this used to work fine but in the last few months it just stopped working. Can someone please tell me what went wrong and hopefully provide and easy to understand fix for the problem?
