Can’t claim media server

Server Version#: Version 1.27.0.5897
Player Version#: chrome for iOS

So I’ve reinstalled my Plex server in my Synology DSM 7 box and am encountering 3 issues.

1. It tells me an update is available. I go and download the current version and install it and it still says there is an update available

2. It says I need to claim ther server. I click on the claim server button, and it just spins for a few minutes.

3. I Can’t enable public access because it says I need to claim the server.

Any advice or solutions?

May I see the entire log ZIP please (ZIP of the “Logs” directory) ?

It’s impossible to diagnose from a 5 line snippet which doesn’t show the actual error.

You have also turned off DEBUG logging . It may be necessary to manually turn it back on in order to resolve
