You’ll want the DSM 7 instructions (Everything is done in the installation GUI menu)

so reinstall again on the dsm7 plex/

Uninstall – KEEP option (the default)

Install (use the same SPK file again) - Plex Claim Token option + “Get Plex Claim Token” link & token pasted in

What tipped you off that the server needed reclaimed?

It seems to be something changed in 1.30.1 and it’s more susceptible to losing the credentials.

If you examine the logs and don’t see the server owner authenticate – it’s lost its credentials OR can’t authenticate (networking)
