I just bought a new iPad and logged in with my Apple ID but can’t restore my previous purchase.
How so?
Are you missing the option to restore your previous purchase or are you getting an error message in the process?
I can see restore purchase, but when I click on it nothing happens.
Is the new iPad signed into the App Store using the same Apple ID that made the original purchase?
