Please help me pull up my libraries as this is what my kids watch all the time. This update sucks! I can see all my libraries on my web app but the iPhone app and Apple TV app I have no access to my libraries and don’t even like what movies you offer.
Please double-check what version of Plex Media Server you have installed and update if possible. The latest public release is version 1.19.3.
Older versions of the PMS seem to cause some trouble with the latest versions of Plex for iOS/tvOS.
As for the Plex video on demand… if you don’t like it you can easily disable it (same as all other online media sources).

There’s always an update. To tell if your server is up to date, you’ll need to check which version is currently installed on your Shield. Updates should show through Google Play… but let’s check it out anyway
So I loaded the update on my web app with all my libraries and still nothing on the iPhone app and Apple TV.
So I downloaded the Plex Dash and guess what? It recognizes my libraries. So frustrating. Also why is there not a person to talk to to help figure this out?
Give it a try and reboot the server.
When done, try to force-quit the apps on your iPhone and Apple TV before giving it another shot.

Didn’t work. Here are a few pictures of what I see. Home Plex has some Access to the right but no drop down for my libraries. The other Plex option has the drop downs. I don’t want that drop down I want my libraries to appear.

In which case you might actually look into updating your Plex Media Server.
Your version dates back to December 2018… that’s a lot of fixes

I can’t update because it’s the last update that run with my NAS : TS431P2.

So I went into my c drive then users and found pms and went to updates and loaded the newest update from there and boom all good! Thanks for all your help!
