Libraries that have previously worked have disappeared

Hello,

Have been running Plex Media Server on SeagateMedia personal cloud for a few years now.

Just today I noticed that my libraries went missing from my iPhone and were not available to pin anymore even though the iPhone was logged in. A few hours later the same thing happened to my Apple TV - just after I finished watching a show from said libraries (and without logging out).

Libraries still show up on my iPad and Sony TV (that has Plex app).

Any assistance would be great as I’m tearing my hair out! :slight_smile:

Check if you can upgrade your Plex Media Server to the latest public release (version 1.19.3). You might need to reboot the server after updating it.

Hello. Success!

I wasn’t aware that I could manually update the SeagateMedia Personal Cloud - I thought I had to wait until it identified an update. But I have worked my way through that now and also upgraded the firmware.

Both these things seemed to have rectified the issue and the Apple TV and the iPhone seem to be able to see my libraries again.

Thank you so much for leading me down the right path. Really appreciated.
