Can you create multiple DVRs?

while waiting for https://forums.plex.tv/t/multiple-epg-sources-for-those-with-multiple-tuners/192844
there seems to be a way to create multiple DVRs but I can not find a way to do it.

You would need 2 Plex Servers if you are trying to use 2 tuners with different Guides. If you just want to add another tuner with same guide, go to Settings > Live TV/DVR and click on add.

ok thanks thats what I thought but in the plex server it does seem to mention multiple DVRs so looks like they need to fix that as well.
