Every thing was working on my Plex and I had added a lot of movies and tv shows. But then I wanted to add some more movies and I found that I could not open any hard drive to access the folders that contain my videos. Finally I deleted Plex including anything on hard drive and registry and did a new install. I still have the same problem. I am really stumped. I have debug log but I cannot figure how to attach it. Thanks for your help.
Not knowing your setup it sounds like the drive permissions have changed. Plex had done this in the past on a NAS, but I think that was resolved so your access problems may not be Plex related. Check the security tab on the drives properties and see if who has rights
