No server>library to add library

Newest server version from Dec 2019 There is nowhere to add my folder from my hard drive.

This all I’m presented with under your media and as I’ve already installed the server not sure. I’ve gone to settings and there is no server>library as it mentions in instructions.When I first setup this last year I added a folder but I got an email about upgrading because of an old version wouldn’t display artwork so I upgraded. Now I just wanted to check to see if it was still added and I can’t find where?

To verify that the server is actually running, open the Windows Task Manager and see if the Plex Media Server is running:

Yup running along with plex tuner and plex update. It no longer shows on my smart tv either.

I’m not sure where to go from here. Maybe one of the ninjas will chime in.
