Cannot access my media after cancelling recurring payment on subscription

Server Version#: 4.145.1 (on ReadyNas 516)
Player Version#: all

I no longer have access to premium features after cancelling auto-renew on my subscription. I think the cancellation record is overriding my paid subscription.

Yeah - they told me to come here.

What specific features were you trying to use. Are you getting an error that says you need a Plex Pass to use it? Your account shows you still have a subscription.

Would need logs from player app and/or server depending on the feature. Generally it would specially say “X feature requires a Plex Pass” if it thought you did not have one.

  1. The server is running on my NAS. It still starts with user selection.
  2. The server does not have access to my media or allows me to add media. It just points me to ‘Get Plex Media Server’ option.
  3. I don’t have access to adding libraries anymore (using web browser to access Plex Server)

Nothing has changed on my setup. Plex has run fine for years.

Where do I access the logs?

-Steve

here is the log file (after a restart of the Plex Server).
Plex Media Server.log (7.6 KB)

As a first step
your NAS is failing to connect to / find the domain plex.tv – if you’ve configured a dedicated DNS server for your NAS, try setting that to another server (e.g. Google’s 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4, or Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1). Otherwise, try the same on your router.

Edit:
it also seems you’ve configured an invalid parameter for Allowed Networks – to specify an IP range, use a netmask notation (e.g. 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0).
If you still cannot access your server after fixing the DNS, you might have locked yourself out by that typo – this can also be updated by editing the server’s advanced/hidden settings in the server’s config files.
